Hound dog
I was walking towards the local Safeway when this basset's owner tied it to the post as he went in to buy a coffee. How do I know? After snapping this photo I went into Safeway and saw the owner at the Starbucks counter and showed him the photo.
Nice picture, and funny how we both seem to have the same kind of blog. I just happen to use the cellphone I'm carrying at the time (right now a SE K800) instead of sticking to one in particular.
