Reading

This reminds me of my salad day when Chinese reading material was hard to come by in North America. Unlike today public libraries didn't carried any. Most Chinatowns had one Chinese bookstore and pricey.

A ritual of growing up in North America was attending Chinese school on weekends. On these weekends some of us would dropped into the bookstore during lunch break. We would stand and read as much as possible during the 30 - 45 minutes.
